- Local shipping within 1 to 3 business days
- Outlying local shipping within 2 - 5 business days
- International shipping is dependant on country. Typically within 7 - 14 working days.
- In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days.
- If your bag is not in stock and you are requesting a Pre-Order, it will take up to 10 working days to be delivered as the bag needs to be produced before shipping

- NO returns or exchanges on international orders (anywhere outside South Africa)
