Care For Your Rowdy

Organic Leather

The leather we use is comes from cattle farming in Namibia. There are no feedlot cows in Namibia, so the animals are all free-roaming. No antibiotics or growth hormones are used in rearing the cows.

Leather care

To maintain the quality and longevity of your leather product, we recommend two approaches: keeping your bag clean and applying conditioner if it shows signs of drying out.

If your bag is dirty, this is not the time to use our leather care products. Our leather is tanned to require minimal conditioning for many years. If your bag gets dirty, simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Avoid using household cleaning products as this may damage the leather.

If your leather shows signs of drying out, we offer two products: a leather food for full aniline type leathers (Amber, Cedar, Charcoal, Maple, Stone) and a nubuck spray for buffed leathers (Boulder, Mountain). Apply conditioner moderately and rub it into the leather in concentric circles until it is fully absorbed. Please note that any application of leather care products may result in a darker colour of your leather goods.
