What is the difference between Originals and Signature Lining? +
Originals are the founding designs in our four original leathers, unlined or black-lined, at the entry price. Signature Lining bags are fully lined with our Rowdy Lining.
How much is shipping? +
Free in South Africa on orders over R1,500, and R150 below that. Local delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. International shipping is a flat R800 and takes 5 to 10 working days. Returns are free within 14 days in South Africa.
What is the Repair-for-Life Promise? +
If your bag has a defect in workmanship, our Cape Town workshop repairs it for the lifetime of the bag. Wear and tear is not covered. See how it works.
Can I add my initials? +
Yes. Add up to three initials on any bag with a colour option for R150. We emboss them in our workshop before your order ships.
Where are Rowdy bags made? +
Every bag is handmade in our Salt River workshop in Cape Town by a team of 20 artisans, from free-range African leather.
